HOT CHOCOLATE COCONUT ICE CREAM
 
We love to use our ice cream maker this time of year when the girls are in the house and after a time of rigorous activity we can settle down in front of the wood pellet stove with a delicious, light, luxurious creamy dessert.
 
 
Try this one out and you'll be happy that you did.
 
Whip in mixer, then chill in refrigerator  overnite:
16 oz. coconut milk
8 oz. chilled sweetened hot chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 T honey/3 T agave
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Now put in ice cream maker and blend for 15-25"
